A yoga class for friends, lovers or just workout buddies! Studies show that for optimum health and happiness we all neet to touch and be touched. Practicing yoga with someone else can enhance your relationship while improving the body, mind and spirit of each individual. Exploring the perfect physical balance between the two of you is half the fun! Poses are mutually beneficial, working and moving together you create a completely different feeling than performing the posture alone. No experince necessary!

Twelve Weeks to a Better Back

Svaroopa® Yoga has often been called Bliss Yoga. With its two shavasanas and its medley of stress releasing yoga poses, you might think it’s strictly restorative or relaxation yoga. But what you may not know is Svaroopa Yoga is technology for the spine. Svaroopa poses specifically target and release tightness from all areas of the back. Teach your back to lose tension. This class begins when eight pre-registrations have been received. Planned start date is March 5th. There are no drop-ins.
